Vision of Department :

To empower the students with communication skills and to provide a practical and life oriented Hindi language education that improves not only the proficiency of the students in the national language but also equips them with a very powerful tool to communicate their innovative ideas for the welfare of the society and the whole world.


Mission of Department :

  • To create a conducive environment for the enrichment of Hindi Language and literature with its strong base in the culture and social order of the common man to disseminate the developmental programs to the very grass root level for maximum outreach.
  • To give students an understanding of Hindi literature and to help the students to achieve a level of practical communication in Hindi.
  • To impart relevant good quality of education to the students, to inculcate the value of India culture and to teach the students the value of self – reliance and service.
  • To make Hindi most popular through innovative methods in teaching, learning and evaluation.
  • To enable the students to opt for Hindi courses for official use to make them work ready for employment.
  • To support and motivate the administrative staff to use Hindi language in the routine correspondences in the administrative work.
  • To inspire the students to visit the library and read the classical literature in Hindi to gain wisdom from the reading of those classics.
  • To strengthen the value based moral and righteous education to the students to give them appropriate guidance.
  • To use the computer assisted and E-learning resources to enrich the teaching learning experience of the students.
  • To focus on the outcome based learning to give meaningful dimension to the syllabus and the curriculum.
  • To incorporate soft skills and life skill courses in the teaching plan to address the issue of lack of soft skills in the student community.
  • To establish Book Bank for the poor students of the college for their studies and help in continuing the studies.
  • To use the LMS (Learning Management System) to familiarize the students to the E-Learning platforms and make them comfortable with the use of technology in their future prospects.
  • To develop and design the curriculum keeping in points the classification of Bloom’s Taxonomy and graduate outcomes.
  • To channelize the power of the young minds to the constructive fields to enable them to learn the basic needs of life.
